That Big Open Air Affair

Years ago, I remember Guru Bawa saying that the divine views us like action on a TV set. The divine views us like a TV camera and we can drop off on his field of vision. We want to stay in the vision field of the divine because many things are possible for us at that point. The alternative is that we fall away into darkness. This is a very real thing and explains a lot of questions about why things happen like they do. Certain spiritual practices keep us before the eyes of the divine. Certain material practices cause us to fall off the screen. I don't think it's an immediate thing. I think it happens by degrees, the same way that dust can collect on a mirror and the mirror is a good image in this case, just like the TV screen and the TV camera.

Guru Bawa, a Sufi master and saint, was the real article. His face was as smooth and unlined as a little boys. He was under 5 feet tall and weighed about 80 pounds. He might eat a tablespoon of food on a given day. His face was incandescent. Light spilled from his face. I've never seen his like. The man on the beach was something of a different order. I still think it was God that I met that day and he most certainly activated my kundalini, one night from thousands of miles away, though I don't think time and space and distance present any limitations for him.

I didn't fit in at that ashram. There were far too many self important ingenues there, who had all the answers and who did not care for rock and roll, or anything that contained what they perceived as a reckless enthusiasm for life. Bawa crossed them up a number of times in relation to me but I remained an outcast. Of course, my behavior was not what it should have been. Time and circumstance have modified that but there are still flares and outbursts on occasion as we have seen in recent times. I'm still dealing with people like those people at the ashram; people who can look right at conditions and events and not see what's taking place. It would be nice to have more command over circumstances and myself but... that's not permissible at the moment.

I've more carefully reread this transmission from one calling himself, SaLuSa. I've noted spelling and grammatical mistakes. I note the disheartening presence of this statement "It matters little whether you ascend or not, inasmuch that all souls will continue to make progress". I understand what I presume is meant here but I would have, under no circumstances, said it myself, because it does matter; unless you think everything you have gone through, are going through; your other lives and what you might go through, 'matters little'. Clarity sent this in for my consideration. I've only gotten so far into it, not nearly halfway but... it smacks of all those things that I am familiar with about channeling. It looks like a putup job and the name of the angel sounds like a character out of Marvel Comics. I'm not saying it isn't real, or real on some level somewhere. I'm saying that a lot of it rubs me the wrong way. It's not my preferred frottage (grin).

Let me say that I want to see and to understand, more than anything else, except for the presence itself. However, for me, rule number one is, “Don't lie to yourself”. Don't accept something as true just because you desperately want it to be.

I am not turning negative on this channeling (the SaluSa item), especially in light of misunderstandings, concerning my first reaction (grin). I already tend to believe some number of the things said here. As usual though, as has been the case with most channelings I have come across over the years, it's is all very general and vague. As I have mentioned before, here, there and somewhere, ...on any given day in New York City, you can come across a dozen people channeling Jesus Christ, Moses and others. I have directly seen this in new age classifieds, in some magazine or newspaper, whose name I no longer recall (The New Age Times). An intrepid and persistent researcher CAN locate such classified ads and if you do, I'd like a link put up so everyone can see it. It makes you wonder and it also implies a very busy switchboard, he said, as a humorous aside.

I have people take me to task about the manner in which I 'sometimes' respond to comments from the peanut gallery (attempt at humor). I don't want to ever have to delineate this again. Chances of that are? Slim to None. Those two are rap partners. If you've been in prison you know what that is; not talking about the big open air affair that we share time and circumstance in. Does it not occur to the reader that I can very easily present myself and my persona in any number of ways? Does it not occur to some of the readers that I have ample time 'before' responding, to consider what I might say and how I might say it? Does a certain segment of the readership believe that I lack a particular degree of restraint and self control, in respect of my side of the ping pong table? How is it that I can do all of the things I can do, if I lack such a basic skill?

As was mostly noticed by the most recent example, the result of this causes me to appear as a human being. Unfortunately the commentator indicated that it was a very regular affair and more frequent than all of my other types of responses. It's things like this that make me wonder what I'm doing here. The sole purpose of why I do this particular thing, is to defeat the possibility of being taken for a spiritual master. If it were a matter of degrees then, yes, I qualify to some degree but, I have seem people who all too willingly assume or accept that mantel and I do not want to be like them. Therefore I willingly deface myself and intentionally interplay, on occasion, with people that I know are fucking with me. I'm not in doubt about that end of the equation in certain cases. One of them sent me an anonymous kidney punch, yesterday- on the heels of all of this- and doesn't think I know immediately who it is. I do have certain minor siddhis that are associated with my trade. I've got some others that are much more significant but only show up when my master is in house. This alone shows me I am not that master that one would call 'Master'. A state like that may come and go- for the purpose of demonstration to me- but then it reverts to a place a few centimeters above the one I went into it with.

Certain forms of behavior automatically manifest in person to person encounters on occasion, often to my distress. It is only recently that I have found out the reason for that and it has to do with testing from another location, the temper of the metal of my surroundings, for the purpose or cessation of continuance. This would be patently obvious to anyone who actually spends any time around me in my usual states of being, in my usual environments. If the nature and type of the demonstration in one type of situation, is most definitely different than the nature and type in the other, it stands to the satisfaction of logic and reason that something else is going on, besides what might be assumed on the part of others. I'm not going to go into any greater detail. Use your heads in respect of it, or carry on as is your wont. What is, is and it will surely be revealed, in whatever its permutations are or were, at the given moment. Hooyah (cue Al Pacino in “Scent of a Blind Warrior”)! That's where I feel in love with Gabrielle Anwar but... it didn't last. It never does.

You and I, we are in this together and we shall surely meet up where or when, as the need and opportunity provides. As many of you are aware, we are already in resonant accord, so very, very often that it can no longer be mere accident or coincidence. Acknowledgment of it is a near daily affair. I know why this is and some of you may also. This should seriously bolster the faith of all in whom such recognition of it may occur.

We have had (despite any and all opinions to the contrary) a whole lot of evidence that we are not alone in this universe. We have heard about such things as ascension, rapture, being caught up, precession, illumination. Nearly all traditions make mention of such things. They may not be exactly as we think we understand them but something of them is so. I am convinced of it, having seen some small and greater evidences, along the course of my journey to wherever that may be. In a roundabout way I talk about this on tonight's radio show. We look illusion right in the face but don't see it. We read scriptures and testimonies, yet some part of our consciousness does not register the reality of them. We are in the midst of it yet... the force of illusion presents the separation factor, convincingly upon our minds and we are separate, 'it seems'. In the cosmic sense we are all an irreplaceable portion of the divine, part and parcel of the body of God. The ultimate love, breaks itself into pieces, scattered far and wide and then sets about collecting them and itself again, as today's song attempts to portray. We know these things in one part of our being and do not know these things in a significant other part. Comprehension is the desired outcome. Look about you and see what portion of your other pieces are so engaged in the pursuit of it.

Being vulnerable and “human, all too human” are voluntary conditions, assumed for the purpose of demonstration, awaiting 'the twinkling of an eye”. One hopes every area of curiosity and concern is covered here but I see Slim and None waving at me off camera and expect to see them in camera as well.

The actions of the tides are natural and they have parallels all up and down the ladder to the stars. The supernatural responds to similar incentives but most differently aspected and performed. We limp on the highway, whether from fatigue or injury, we do not know, but we mind how we go, as much as we are permitted to. Onward and upward to the vanishing point.

End Transmission.......

Life on Other Planets

Śrīla Prabhupāda: Even on the sun and moon there are living entities. What is the opinion of the scientists?

Dr. Singh: They say there is no life there.

Śrīla Prabhupāda: That is nonsense. There is life there.

Dr. Singh: They say that there is no life on the moon because they did not find any there.

Śrīla Prabhupāda: Why do they believe that? The moon planet is covered with dust, but within that dust the living entities can live. Every atmosphere is suitable for life—any atmosphere. Therefore the Vedas[1] describe the living entities as sarva-gataḥ, which means “existing in all circumstances.” The living entity is not material. Although encaged in a material body, he is not material. But when we speak of different atmospheres, we refer to different material conditions.

Karandhara: They say that the moon’s atmosphere is unsuitable for life, but all they can legitimately say is that it is unsuitable for life as they know it.

Śrīla Prabhupāda: The Vedas say that the living entity has no connection with material things. He cannot be burned, cut, dried up or moistened. This is discussed in Bhagavad-gītā.[2]

Dr. Singh: Scientists extend their knowledge about life on this planet, thinking that it must apply to life on other planets also.

Śrīla Prabhupāda: Yes. They are thinking foremost of their own selves. They are thinking limitedly, in terms of their own circumstances.

Dr. Singh: Then intelligence is relative.

Śrīla Prabhupāda: Yes. Everything is relative. You have your body, your duration of life, and your intelligence, and the ant has his. Both we and the ant live for one hundred years, but the length of our hundred-year life-span is relative to our bodies. Even Brahmā, the longest-living entity in this universe, lives for one hundred years. To us the ant’s life-span may seem only a few days. In the same way, on other planets with atmospheres different from the earth’s, there are life-forms suited to those conditions. But the scientists try to view everything according to the relative conditions of planet earth. This is nonsense. Why are they doing that? If the whole cosmic manifestation follows the law of relativity, how can the scientist say that the conditions of this planet must apply to life on other planets? The Vedas instruct us that knowledge must always be considered in terms of deśa-kāla-pātra. Deśa means “circumstances,” kāla means “time,” and pātra means “the object.” We must understand everything by taking these three elements into consideration.

Similarly, God is great, but we are thinking of God in terms of relative greatness, greatness relative to our own. There are certain insects that are born at night, and they grow, bear offspring and die—all before daybreak. They never see the morning. So if they conclude that there is no morning, that is nonsense. In the same way, as soon as we hear from the śāstras [revealed scriptures] that Brahmā’s duration of life is equivalent to millions of our years, we do not believe it. We say, “How can it be?” But Bhagavad-gītā (8.17) says, sahasra-yuga-paryantam ahar yad brahmaṇo viduḥ: “Four billion three hundred million earth years equal Brahmā’s twelve hours.”

This is the problem. Rascals and fools are passing as scholars, scientists and philosophers, and therefore the whole world is being misguided.

Sri Rupa Gosvami affirms herein that there are nine different kinds of devotional service, which are listed as hearing, chanting, remembering, serving, worshiping the Deity in the temple, praying, carrying out orders, serving Krishna as a friend and sacrificing everything for Him. Each and every one of these processes is so powerful that if anyone follows even one single one of them, he can achieve the desired perfection without fail. For example, if one is attached simply to hearing about the Lord and another is attached to chanting the glories of the name, both will achieve their desired goal in devotional service. In the Caitanya-caritamrita this has been explained. One may execute one, two, three or all the different processes of devotional service, and at the ultimate end he will achieve the desired goal of being established in devotional service.

With the first complete engagement, one becomes automatically detached from material contamination, and liberation becomes the maidservant of the devotee. This idea is confirmed by Bilvamangala Thakura. If one develops unalloyed devotion to the Lord, liberation will follow the devotee as his maidservant.

“Some scholars recommend that knowledge and renunciation are important factors for elevating oneself to devotional service. But actually that is not a fact. Actually, the cultivation of knowledge or renunciation, which are favorable for achieving a footing in Krishna consciousness, may be accepted in the beginning, but ultimately they may also come to be rejected, for devotional service is dependent on nothing other than the sentiment or desire for such service. It requires nothing more than sincerity.

It is the opinion of expert devotees that mental speculation and the artificial austerities of yoga practice may be favorable for becoming liberated from material contamination, but they will also make one’s heart harder and harder. They will not help at all in the progress of devotional service.

This is confirmed in Bhagavad-gita by the Lord Himself: “One can understand Me only through devotional service.” In beginning His teaching of the Gita, the Lord said to Arjuna, “Because you are My devotee, I shall teach these secrets to you.” Vedic knowledge means ultimately to understand the Supreme Lord, and the process of entering into His kingdom is devotional service. That is accepted by all authentic scriptures. Mental speculators neglect the process of devotional service, and by simply trying to defeat others in philosophical research they fail to develop the ecstasy of devotion.

In the Eleventh Canto, Twentieth Chapter, verse 31, of Srimad-Bhagavatam, Krishna says, “My dear Uddhava, for persons who are seriously engaged in My service, the cultivation of philosophical speculation and artificial renunciation are not very favorable. When a person becomes My devotee he automatically attains the fruits of the renunciation of material enjoyment, and he gets sufficient knowledge to understand the Absolute Truth.” That is the test of advancement in devotional service. A devotee cannot be in darkness, because the Lord shows him special favor and enlightens him from within.

So question (if there is one or an answer) do I quell the 'happy' or laugh over their heads? or wth?

I get it that there are sources eavesdropping in on my emotions. EVERY SINGLE TIME I'VE BEEN HAPPY AND I GET REALLY HAPPY-JUST LIKE I GET REALLY ANYTHING EMOTIONALLY or rather I did as I have worked on being more discreet with my emotional flux and flow.

Every time now I am 'feeling' HAPPY a big boom boom comes down on my head. BOOM BOOM (let's see how happy she is now!)

Visible,
There is a part of me that shares in the wish that Gurneygob had the other day regarding wanting everyone to be able to share in One truth. This reminds me of your post recently of Guru’s and the plethora of people pushing their respective agenda’s.

In the end we can only follow what our hearts tells us to be truth. I find little bits of that truth in many things. Many will throw out the entire Bible because of the evil god Jehovah in the Old Testament and yet there is much truth in that book. Stella Blue’s ET 101 book advises us to laugh about things which I find to be good advice.

I agree with many here that this channeling thing is frequently very silly and when I visit some of these websites they are filled with simpering foolishness. It seems to me that until we are upgraded mentally, some confusion is inevitable.

What you have been able to achieve here in bringing all of us together with some commonality is truly amazing to me and something that all of us should protect.
Disrupting that was never my intention in bringing forward this SaLuSa stuff. For all I know, perhaps it is totally spurious. I only thought it was interesting.

Since I note some polarization happening in regards to these subjects I now feel that I owe everyone here an apology for causing a certain amount of circus fair.
I also wish to thank everyone who comes here and especially Visible for everything I have learned from you.

Love
Richard

Jaya Les Visible and to all who reveal the Divine Jaya jaya jaya.

Baba Kuhi comes through-

In the market, in the cloister--only God I saw.
In the valley and on the mountain--only God I saw.
Him I have seen beside me oft in tribulation;
In favour and in fortune--only God I saw.
In prayer and fasting, in praise and contemplation,
In the religion of the Prophet--only God I saw.
Neither soul nor body, accident nor substance,
Qualities nor causes--only God I saw.
I oped mine eyes and by the light of His face around me
In all the eye discovered--only God I saw.
Like a candle I was melting in His fire:
Amidst the flames outflashing--only God I saw.
Myself with mine own eyes I saw most clearly,
But when I looked with God's eyes--only God I saw.
I passed away into nothingness, I vanished,
And lo, I was the All-living--only God I saw.

Gratitude arises spontaneously.
Questions arise spontaneously.
More and More Visible, thank you very much for your 'exposure' in such visible ways, for your disposition to present matters important to our soul's journey in this material, homo sapiens sapiens experience.
Now the questions:
Capacity to perceive at a distance in time and or space is a spiritual gift? For benefit of whom ?
For someone who claims to know nothing, what purpose is served by so many opinions which you express with such firmness? and when questioned the fall - back position is 'I Know nothing'? And then ' it is my human part which is in error'.?
When do you share a part of an oral tradition, with its associated 'mental transmission', instead of some written and translated ( with all the attendant errors of translation from distinct languages, messages?Following the process of pardon, what have been the previous and following acts of redemption, for example with your biological father, and eve more so with the mother, the silent partner in the abuse suffered?
Sobriety, or being 'drunk' in the soul, surely the Sufi Master would understand such a state, or station. By the way which of the Sufi paths was the teacher, for surely neither Mevlevi nor Naqshbandi, and the tradition is for those capable of following its nature, but then i am sure you, in your not knowing, know the difference and implications. Or do i continue to be confucious, sorry confused, both Lao tze , Chuang tzu, and those of the confuscious path all speak of the Tao, some for wu wei, others to confuse. Leaving it for you measurement, after all it is you who has to live with your yard stick, applied to you and others, same yard stick. Mine too, every body's. Oral traditions, body to body, tongue to ear, mind to mind. 3D + time rules.
So forget about it, without the New york mafiosi accent, maybe it is not 'who'se your daddy, but who'se your Grandparents?'. Just for it to be Tradition thing.
be well

From PD...
Niijii, thank you. It was so beautiful, I cried.

brokenbeat-John V., I found your comments very interesting. You have a lot going on! Like you, there is much I don't know. I also find Orion quickly and easily thanks to the three stars in his belt.

gurneygob-You posted that long video? I watched most of it so far. He seems sincere. What he shows with the money can be confirmed. Is there definitive proof of what he says? Not that can't be argued. They say TPTW tell us in advance what they're going to do. At the very least, it could be considered a possibility. Nothing happened on Purim or with the USS Enterprise. The Enterprise might still be used in a false flag attack, but it was thought it would have happened already. It's possible that spreading their plans keeps them from being able to pull them off, so maybe that video will prevent it from happening.

I thought the PD comments were interesting. They seemed to get off to a slow start. There was more negativity towards each other. Visible, if you hadn't responded near the end there, I was going to. There also seemed to be a mix of some who are confident with what they know and others who are unsure. I am in the second group, and recently I have been feeling uneasy about how much I don't know. The link I sent to Visible was recommended as a great article on Atlantis. I started to read the beginning and had no idea what it was about. I skimmed through the rest of it, and noticed some things mentioned that connected with the PD comments. I didn't know if there was anything valuable in terms of the comments, but since Visible didn't get warm, fuzzy feelings from it, I don't feel badly about not understanding it.

Connecting to today's post, Visible wrote:

"I note the disheartening presence of this statement "It matters little whether you ascend or not, inasmuch that all souls will continue to make progress". I understand what I presume is meant here but I would have, under no circumstances, said it myself, because it does matter; unless you think everything you have gone through, are going through; your other lives and what you might go through, 'matters little'."

I agree with this, and it's what has been making me feel off. I want what I've done to have mattered, and am concerned that I don't know, or haven't done or learned "enough" to move on. I am grateful for the time(s) I have been here and for all that I have learned. The person (ego) that I am is a lifelong learner. I have always felt that learning is an ongoing and never-ending process. I expect that whenever I move on and wherever that brings me, I (soul) will continue to have things to learn. But I prefer to be at the next level, as in all the descriptions I've ever heard, it is much more beautiful in so many ways. I'm working on it, but have been feeling like time is running short.

Comments specific to today's VO will be in a separate comment.

Love,
~Clarity

*Richard, just saw your recent comment. I don't see any need to apologize. Something makes a connection with you, you share it, that's fine. You aren't saying it's gospel. If people here can tell you why it's right or why it's wrong, I'm sure you are open to hearing what they have to say. I sent Visible the link having no idea what the article was about. If he said there was something to it, I'd have read, reread, and studied it, trying to understand it. He didn't see anything of value - I moved on to other things and didn't waste my time on it. If we all knew everything, Visible would have a lot more time to pursue other things that interest him. We're here to learn, and through the comments, to help each other learn. That's my take, anyway, although this is Visible's blog and he might feel otherwise. As the Divine, Visible, and all of you here here know, I have a lot more to learn, and that makes this forum, and the people who participate, valuable to me.

Vis,

I reckon these blogs are like an on-going party, moving from house to house on your compound, you having the somewhat thankless role as the host. There are some who drop in for a quick drink and banter and others that may have set up camp on the grounds and stay within earshot of the party houses and engage or not as they see fit.

As with any decent party, there will be a diverse mix and waves of crowds that come and go changing the vibe with them. Oftentimes a crowd may venture off to check out what's going down elsewhere but usually drop back in. Some may have family or work responsibilities that draw them away, others notsomuchso. And there's always some that are sloppy drunks or others with supressed notions might spew forth when inhibition is quelled.

As the host, you've done an admirable job over the years of rousing toast-making and, most importantly, giving stirring dissertations and with masterful story-telling, introducing themes and topics for discourse amongst the gathered throngs. You've displayed great patience allowing your guests to express and watched bemused as some embarrassed themselves or got into cat-fights. And as anyone that has hosted a great party can attest, there are times when things get a bit out of hand and gracefully reigning in the chaos without dampening the mood is a delicate task.

I imagine it has gotten a bit old for you, having done this for many years now, and the frustration must get near unbearable at times. As a fairly recent active participant (I did look through the windows for a while, then entered and sat in a corner before stepping into the fray), I regret not having discovered your compound earlier. You've managed to keep the neighbors tolerant and the constables at bay (your land-Lord has a lot of pull) and hopefully this scene will be happening for some time to come.

Thanks, Vis for making all this happen. Thanks also to all in this magnificent 'social club'.

“Our leaders strain every nerve and with success, to get the next war going, while the rest of us, meanwhile, dance the fox trot, earn money and eat chocolates...And perhaps...it has always been the same and always will be, and what is called history at school, and all we learn by heart there about heroes and geniuses and great deeds and fine emotions, is all nothing but a swindle invented by the schoolmasters for educational reasons to keep children occupied for a given number of years. It has always been so and always will be. Time and the world, money and power belong to the small people and shallow people. To the rest, to the real men belongs nothing...eternity...it isn't fame. Fame exists in that sense only for the schoolmasters. No, it isn't fame. It is what I call eternity...The music of Mozart belongs there and the poetry of your great poets. The saints, too, belong there, who have worked wonders and suffered martyrdom and given a great example to men. But the image of every true act, the strength of every true feeling, belongs to eternity just as much, even though no one knows of it or sees it or records it or hands it down to posterity. In eternity there is no posterity...It is the kingdom on the other side of time and appearances. It is there we belong. There is our home. It is that which our heart strives for...And we have no one to guide us. Our only guide is our homesickness.”

Visible and All,

My metaphysical/spiritual learning was very limited: two classes that were about completely different subjects, but the instructor is so into this that he weaves it into every course he teaches. Actually, "he weaves the supposed topic into spirituality" would be a better way to say it. From the start, his words rang true on an intuitive level, and it explained why I rejected organized religion. After the two classes, I didn't know where to go for more info. I read some things but nothing matched it closely enough - too many contradictions left me unsure of what was accurate and so I went it alone. Only recently, through synchronicities, was I led to certain things, Visible's blogs among them, and I feel I am making progress. There is a lot out there to sift through, and it's not easy to know what's true and what isn't. I was happy to read this from Visible today, as I feel it matches what I believe, and I hope it means I'm on the right track:

"In the cosmic sense we are all an irreplaceable portion of the divine, part and parcel of the body of God. The ultimate love, breaks itself into pieces, scattered far and wide and then sets about collecting them and itself again..."

I was recently led to a resource that I really connected with. I felt it spoke to what I believe, and it went further to explain more, saying it in words that were for me, the best description I'd ever read. Visible is better at being concise. You all know I can get lengthy. I will cut and paste some (not all!) of what I found. I hope it will enhance what Visible said, as for those who are still trying to get a better grasp of things, more detail might be helpful. I will say a prayer before posting this that I actually "got" what Visible meant, and that this helps to explain it further. Your Soul

"First of all, a soul is not something you have.
It is what you are...

Now: The soul is not a finished product"

Seth Speaks
~ Channeled by Jane Roberts

Have you ever wondered about your soul? What it is, why it was created, what it might be doing now, what its purpose is, and what it will be doing for eternity?

As I now understand it, before the material world (universe) was created all that existed was the incomprehensible mind of All That Is. In this state, God knew all there was to know, but could not experience or feel it. The reason was simple. In the Absolute, there are no opposites to compare things to, just the purest love, joy and bliss imaginable.

There is a big difference between having knowledge about something and experiencing and feeling that same thing. For example, one can know about joy, but only if there is sadness to compare it to. One can also know about love, but experiencing and feeling it is something quite different.

forgot to write that there was more...

Without opposites in the Absolute, we could not compare or relate to anything, nor could we have emotions. One cannot experience and feel hot unless there is cold, health unless there is sickness, joy unless there is sorrow, love unless there is hatred, forgiveness unless there is anger, compassion unless there is bitterness, maleness unless there is femaleness, and so on. These kinds of opposites do not exist in the mind of God.

God recognized this dilemma and decided to solve it in two ways: create us (souls) and then create a physical universe in which all that existed had an opposite.

As extensions of our Source, we would then enter the universe and be able to experience and feel for ourselves and for All That Is. Another way to say this is that when we smell a rose, God smells a rose. When we experience love, so does God. The relationship is that intimate. The entire experience allows God and us to learn more about ourselves and, in the process, both of us become grander versions of who we are.

Although your soul exists in a realm of higher vibration, it is constantly connected to you. It has its own consciousness and awareness, part of which extends into your reality and becomes the source of your consciousness. It also has feelings, is very much alive and it is continuously expressing itself.

Your soul also thinks, possesses a vast repository of knowledge, is curious, makes choices, sends projections of itself into different realities simultaneously, is creative beyond belief, and is highly responsive.

Your soul also has infinite potential, never loses its certainty that it is a part or fragment of God, remains intact as you pass from lifetime to lifetime, inspires your poetry, is the part of you that laughs and cries, communicates with you through feelings and, most importantly, knows it is an intimate part of All That Is.

Within all of God's creations, there is nothing that is neither more sacred nor highly valued than a single soul, of which you are a very important part.

From "Conversations with God" Book 1, by Neale Donald Walsch:

God speaking...

The soul - your soul - knows all there is to know at all times.

There's nothing hidden to it, nothing unknown. Yet knowing is not enough. The soul seeks to experience.

It is your soul's greatest desire to turn its grandest concept about itself into its greatest experience.

Your soul is the sum total of every feeling you have ever had (created). Your awareness of some of these is called your memory. When you have a memory, you are said to re-member. That is, to put back together. To reassemble the parts.

When you reassemble all the parts of you, you will have re-membered Who You Really Are.

The soul is very clear that its purpose is evolution. That is its sole purpose... and its soul purpose.

The first thing you might do is to get clear about what the soul is after. What the soul is after is... the highest feeling of love you can imagine. This is the soul's desire. This is its purpose.

The soul is after the feeling. Not the knowledge but the feeling. It already has the knowledge.

The highest feeling is the experience of unity with All That Is.

This is the great return to Truth for which the soul yearns. This is the feeling of perfect love.

For the soul to experience perfect love, it must experience every human feeling.

Walsch's Question: You mean that my soul is creating all of my experience, including not only the things I am doing, but the things that are happening to me?

God speaking...

Let us say that the soul leads you to the right and perfect opportunities for you to experience exactly what you had planned to experience. What you actually experience is up to you. It could be what you planned to experience, or it could be something else, depending upon what you choose.

The function of the soul is to indicate its desire, not impose it. The function of the mind is to choose from its alternatives. The function of the body is to act out that choice. When body, mind and soul create together, in harmony and unity, God is made flesh.

The purpose of the human soul is to experience all of it... so that it can be all of it.

Every feeling you've ever had resides in your soul. Your soul is the sum total of all your feelings.

The job of the soul, of course, is to cause us to choose the grandeur... to select the best of Who You Are... without condemning that which you do not select.

This is a big task, taking many lifetimes... your soul seeks the highest feeling. It seeks to experience - to be - perfect love.

It is perfect love - and it knows this. Yet it wishes to do more than know it. It wishes to be it (love) in its experience.

The soul has come to the body, and the body to life, for the purpose of evolution. You are evolving, you are becoming. And you are using your relationship with everything to decide what you are becoming. This is the job you came here to do.

Doing is the function of the body. Being is the function of the soul.

Your soul doesn't care what you do for a living... and when your life is over neither will you. Your soul cares only about what you are being while you are doing what-ever you are doing.

Walsch's Question: What is the soul seeking to be?

God speaking...

Me

Walsch's Question: You?

God speaking...

Yes, Me. Your soul is me and it knows it. What it is doing, is trying to experience that.

Right now, in this moment, your soul has again created opportunity for you to be, do and have what it takes to know Who You Really Are.

Your soul has brought you to the words you are reading right now - as it has brought you to words of wisdom and truth before.

Visible, thank you. I'll just assume the same... if it's something I need to know, it will be given to me again.

Happy Mother's Day to any moms out there.

Love to all,
~Clarity

Vis, you are an inspiration and a great motivator. So I hope you don't give up on us. I really love your writing style too.

Clarity I really enjoyed your uplifting posts.

Regarding my posts from yesterday, if something doesn't ring true with me, I'll say it. And yes ET 101 was very funny and described our predicament on Earth succinctly, but to me it was clearly comedy.

I was watching the Camelot TV series on Netflix and watched all of season 1 over 2 days and loved it. Morgan Le Fey Pendragon, daughter of dead King Uther and half sister to King Arthur was busy concocting schemes to take over the throne from Arthur and she kept using the phrase "we will protect you". Yes the age old phrase that ensnares the people over the ages.

So when I read or view something about ETs watching over us and how they will protect us from this and that, it just sounds all the same, and in this instance we don't even know if they are real or true or good or have our best interests at heart. The issue I have is we are once again waiting for someone to save us. So nothing has changed, has it! Perhaps all these sites about ET saviors are just more psychological manipulations by the dark ones or just misguided people?

I think we are also entering a period where our thoughts can become manifested good or bad as I have experienced this. It was negative and I won't go into details other than to say it was an auditory manifestation that occured after a discussion about an unusual occurence that has happened to some people and then it occurred. I was watching a movie with head phones on and it was so loud that I took the head phones off to listen to see if what I thought I heard would occur again and it did. It was not my imagination because the menacing noise woke my cat up on the bed and he watched the window with big saucer eyes. I did not raise the blind to view it, but slipped my hand around and slammed the window shut and locked it. Not trying to scare anyone, just a warning, be careful what you discuss or think.

Clarity,
Thank you for your kind words, but you see that I did need to apologize because I sensed some soap boxes being pulled out and the preaching about to start.
What I see here is a truly remarkable group who share the commonality of the incredible strangeness of “seeing dead people” as someone put it, while everyone else goes running around as if nothing is out of the ordinary. The fact that something is very wrong on this planet cannot be denied.

There are only a few things I am so far, very sure about.
1.God is alive and exists in everything.
2.The reality of duality in this dimension which is best explained by Darkness versus Light or Love versus Fear.

Visible is very clever in diffusion of altercation in stating “I don’t know”.

The very fact that I know that, “I don’t know”, proves to become the catalyst for my continued search for truth.
The truth is not something external that can be labeled or put into a box or even a set of tenets as the religions love to do. I can take a subject like channeling and run around the internet cutting and pasting “scientific” “proof” of the veracity in either direction. The point here is that I have no pre-conceived belief in channeling; therefore I have nothing to defend either way. Compare this with the proclivity of a certain tribe to slap labels of “Anti-Semitic” on all things not of their liking. Same old bullshit, different day.

The truth is everywhere and all around us and most importantly within us.
Visible has tried on numerous occasions to help us lose the baggage of our programming so that we see.

Dispassionate pursuit while gleaning gems seem to work well for me somehow. If the little bells go off in my head I pay attention. Stella’s ET 101 is a good example. Perhaps that book is just bullshit, I do not know but check this little piece I picked out.
“You may be surprised to learn that the truth does not require your belief in it in order to function”.

This should at least give one, pause for thought.

If I were to offer any advice it would be this.
“Peel back the edge of that label you just slapped on and peek inside that box you just stowed with all the others”.
You may have missed something important.

Love
Richard

In order to comprehend the wonder of the Absolute, even a little, we must first try to realize that any difference between any living entity is a material difference, not a spiritual difference.

The soul, being not only a part and parcel of God but also the same quality as God was never created and will never be destroyed.

"Never was there a time when I did not exist, nor you, nor all these kings; nor in the future shall any of us cease to be. (Bhagavad-gita 2.12)
------------------------------

Devotee: “The humble sage, by virtue of true knowledge, sees with equal vision…"

Prabhupāda: Equal vision.

Jesuit: Equal vision.

Prabhupāda: Equal vision.

Jesuit: What does that mean, equal vision?

Prabhupāda: Equal vision means that I don’t make any distinction between you and a dog.

Jesuit: You make no distinction…

Prabhupāda: No, this is spiritual vision because a paṇḍita, paṇḍita means learned man, his equal vision means he does not make any difference between the souls. The dog has got also soul and the learned scholar has got also soul. But the soul is covered by the dog’s body, and here the soul is covered by the learned scholar’s body. Actually both of them are souls, part and parcel of God.

Jesuit: Would you think that their souls are of different value, the soul of the dog…?

Prabhupāda: No, soul is of the same value.

Jesuit: That I would find hard to accept.

Prabhupāda: Huh?

Hi Vis,

If that Sufi master guru Bawa guy only needed a tablespoon of food a day in order to be a saint, that means I don't stand a cat in hell's chance of ever being a saint for the simple reason that I usually get through about TWO KILOS of food on any given day, and not only that, but I also take the trouble in making sure it's organic and prepared using only the finest non-toxic utensils. And even worse still, I now have to admit here that I do actually erm..."enjoy" the taste when eating it. And then add to this the thoroughly repulsive and completely spiritually unevolved carnal thoughts that once again went through my head yesterday upon bumping into two of the most erotic and outright awe-inspiring young females I've ever seen in my life whilst in a shop, and I can only say that in God's eyes I must be an absolute animal. How DARE I "enjoy" eating my organic meals or allowing my jaw to hit the floor in front of those two obvious works of the devil in that shop yesterday.

Really, there's no hope for sinners like me in this world, and I know it's just a question of time before I finally "meet my Creator", who's going to throw the book at me for not having devoted my entire life to more pious activities such as chanting Hare Krishna from dawn till dusk or unloading sacks of rice or whatever from lorries in order to feed hungry Africans etc.

No wonder I walk through this life in constant guilt and fear. I dread dying because I already envisage St Peter at the Pearly Gates just waiting to hand me over to Lucifer for having been such a self indulgent bastard all my wretched life.

It's just typical that God creates bodies that get hungry and enjoy the pure, sensory sensation of sex, but at the same time takes a very dim view of anyone who eats more than a tablespoonful of food a day or would like to share his bed with one of those delectable females I bumped into in that shop yesterday (not to mention BOTH of them...!!).

Nope, I'm done for. I'd best get myself rigged out with an asbestos suit, and fast.

Here's a down to earth video about Awakening, Manifestation, Free Will, Consciousness, Geometry and the illusion of our reality. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T__JXV1mHFw&feature=g-vrec

It pretty much summarizes how I think about the subject. There is a person I have mentioned in previous posts who will lead us into a new paradigm of spiritual evolution, science and technology. Of course, he is one of many. We are on the cusp of something special, if we so chose to manifest it.

MiaBellezza's post of Monday, May 14, 2012 12:10:00 AM reminded me of a few things, so I thought I'd share.

We get 'popped in' by good, bad, and ugly types, 24/7. What we do about that depends on how much 'experience' we have with the 'other side'. I have had an insatiable curiosity about 'other ways of being' all my life. Yeah, yeah, I know it is all Maya, seek God, yada, yada. I think of it as what to do til I transcend. ;-)

Some of the 'other side' are really curious about humans, for varied reasons. They range up and down the spectrum of consciousness. I hope to occupy other levels, someday, and the best way I could think of preparing was to simply 'ask' those possibly along the way. (I.e, learning about Rome by engaging numerous citizens of Rome in conversation. Wow. Deep.)

There are 'humans' of various levels. There are 'aliens' of various levels. There are 'devic world types' of various levels. Etc. Each has radically different 'takes' on reality.

Quite a few of the above wish us well and wish our return to our previous state. With practice, you can distinguish the supportive ones by their 'operating procedures'. Or, ask 'higher self' for a prognosis.

Once you have opened 'dialogues' with the above, two things tend to happen. On the good side, you are seen as 'valuable' in a certain way, and resources are made available to help ensure little interference/relapse/etc. (What would you do if a dog/cat/etc. walked up to you and started drawing circles, squares, and triangles in the dirt next to you?) On the bad side, you are now seen by the 'bad guys' as potentially a threat. So, life gets interesting. Yeah, yeah, I know it is all Maya, seek God, yada, yada. I think of it as what to do til I transcend. ;-)

If you have developed a 'flavor' to what is happening (both of what IS you, and what IS NOT of you), you can react much more progressively than pulling the pillow over your head and calling for help from God, Jesus, etc. For instance: When you get the 'cold chills', that is simply your brain trying to make sense of an entity (good, bad, or ugly) pulling itself closer to your reality-level. Once you have experienced this enough, all fear of the unknown is gone, and you are simply alerted to impending 'contact'.

Again, when you are 'seasoned' enough, bad guys are no reason to 'duck and cover'. You just alert 'higher self', call in any interested friends, and prepare a way to do what needs to be done with any particular being.

All the above is not to be taken lightly. Not only is it potentially hazardous to the newbie, but as you make 'friends' you also take on 'obligations'. I have numerous friends that I can 'call on' on case of need, but I also can get 'called on' in turn. It is my 'obligation' to be available and deeply committed (I know; grin).

Why I have said all of the above is that various Christian-types (as well as other faiths) have been programmed since birth that any intermediate (unseen) levels between them and all-God (or Yeshua ben Joseph) are by definition 'untrustworthy' or 'of the devil'. Guess whose interests this programming serves...

Best Wishes,
Ray B.

I started reading a book titled The Image: Knowledge in Life and Society, by Kenneth Boulding. I’m only a little ways into it, and it’s well written and I’m in tune with the concepts. The central theme of this book, and our lives, is that we develop a unique image of everything based on input from various sources of information, or knowledge. We add those together and combine them in many different ways, and attempt to achieve that which we would label truth.

An interesting thing is that like all aspects of life there are no two truths alike. When you consider it, there really are no two truths even remotely alike. That doesn’t mean that the truth isn’t out there in some solid form we can take a bite from (like an apple, perhaps), but rather the tree that grows that apple is a little overwhelming for the average pallet. So we move from fruit to fruit, some sweet, some crisp, some sour and some rotten to the core. In our samplings, each of us individually grows our own tree in the soil of our mind in an attempt to match the magnificence of that which we sample from.

A reason why these ‘channelings’ are so popular and keep getting reviews even after coming up short over and over is that people are desperate to believe that there is an outside force capable of acting to make definite changes in their lives. That could also be said of religious practice, or government authority, or a dating website. The image that already exists, created from a constant bombardment of information throughout a person’s lifetime, is that the life of a man individually is nearly powerless, and must require a separate organization of sorts to ultimately save his fragile soul. External forces, with our best interests in mind (based on what an individual has already developed as truth), must swoop in at the 11th hour, or 21st day of the 12th month of the 2012th year, and combat that which we feel is evil, while at the same time enriching the most worthy for their unfaltering patronage and devotion to the cause. So the generality of writing in a channeling message caters to a wide audience, much like a horoscope, only from a slightly greater specificity of who is doing the future what.

That is where the red flag always appears for me, the predictions of the future what. I don’t discount that there may be some mystical types out there that can predict future events for individual people on occasion. But a constant flow of future reassurances requiring my dedication to an image that is expected of me by the (god, angels, aliens, dead, demons, bureaucrat) entity had better have a crystal ball with Taduz Lemke sitting behind it.

Which brings us full circle. Our image of self never starts with self. It always starts and continues with someone else’s idea of what we should be. From birth to whenever, we are constantly broadcasted to by a thousand channels how we should classify ourselves in relation to societal organizations, cults and cliques. Our flagpoles have 10 different flags on them before we even get to raise our own. We cower before governors, priests, scientists and bankers because they have spent ungodly amounts of money to make sure we all keep walking their beaten path with a pair of iPhones as blinders on each side of our shrunken heads.

What level of occurrence will it take to prune the tree we have grown, and start again with self? Does one cut it down to the base and hope a new sapling springs up? Or is it looking at the sweet and delicious labeled fruits put before us with mocking disdain because the organizational apple cart has a Monsanto is God bumper sticker?

I like the Visible Blogs because I like organic.

Denny, though I take some portion of your comment to be tongue in cheek, I can tell you that eating a tablespoon of food a day has zero to do with becoming a saint. It might be an after effect but it is not a principle or process except, possibly, tangentially.

As for consuming mass quantities of food (I eat very little and often forget to eat) or seeing exotic flowers of the divine's creation; well, I see them too and I put my hand over my heart and say, "What a wonder" that God created this for my appreciation of his skill in that department. I also, I think, understand why he made them like that; what the purpose is and that is something that should never be far from one's mind in the contemplation of it... these cactus flowers- more often than not in Kali Yuga.

This is not a negative commentary on the divine feminine. We're talking about a saloon door that swings both ways.

There is nothing wrong with the enjoyment of the material plane. Lord Krishna is referred to as 'the supreme enjoyer'. If he is celebrating and appreciating from within us we are good to go. Real Tantric Yoga is all about this

Homer; just as people so often state that I have written what they were just thinking, this often happens to me with you. Moments before I saw your comment, immediately before coming to post the comments, I was talking to Poncho. He had had a minor seizure half an hour previous and I was saying to him, "Poncho, you're not my dog. You're my friend. You are my equal as a living creature, both of us fashioned and shaped by the divine". I was going on in a tender way with him and then I read what you sent in; resonance.

My first place of esoteric attraction, I had my bookstore in Woodstock at the time, was Peru. I had read "The Brotherhood of the Andes" and I was definitely going. Several times it nearly happened and the time it was very much supposed to happen was in that period when I met Guru Bawa. He blew a lot of my plans out the window.

Earlier, when I was a kid I wanted to be an archaeologist because of reading Richard Halliburton's "Book of Marvels" and also Henrich Schielman's efforts concerning Troy.

A nice easy passage through the comments this morning; no Easter Bunny's slinking about with a basket of rotten eggs, colored in many deceptive ways.

I like you, Visible. I have been reading your blogs for a while. You feel like resonant energy, a kindred soul, honest, no pretenses. Some of what you write and speak is absolutely profound.

In one of your previous blog posts you wrote:

"Many new age types like to paint angels as soft loving creatures, that hover around their atmosphere, spilling astral roses and whatnot, like they were some kind of traveling sachet dispenser. I suppose many of the lesser assistants of the seraphim and cherubim may have qualities of this kind and certainly Nature spirits do, if they can be encouraged to appear, due to an excess of virtue in the person they present themselves to. However, real angels, especially the big guns, are fearsome beyond description and their mere approach is sure to send most people into a trembling, bowel evacuating state of terror. Anyone who thinks differently hasn't had the pleasure, or otherwise. People who presume to be channeling archangels cause me some degree of mirth."

I agree with you; such has been my experience with angels; mostly getting kicked in the ass and zapped with lightning bolts until I got my shit together, with the occasional drink of the cosmic ambrosia when I earned it.

I know that a few angels communicate through select humans. I know that the angel with the comic book name is real and does communicate through a very few select humans. This guy in the link you posted is not one of them, IMHO. Real communications from real angels do not leave you wondering "What the hell is this crap?" They leave you kind of feeling as if you might have been touched by God; like a little taste of the cosmic ambrosia.

Unfortunately, a whole lot of people eat this crap up. Some of it contains energies which are hazardous to peoples' general well-being, too. I read somewhere recently where Doreen Virtue (the angel lady) is the 14th most spiritually influential person in the US, or something like that. To that I say, "We may be in deep shit," although it could possibly be said that it is better people focus on angels rather than demons.....

You can't really tell people anything; they have to find out by experience. Sometimes you can poke and prod them in an upward direction. I really enjoy reading your attempts to do so.

In terms of the occurrence it was clearly menacing and I was not inclined to engage. If I were to describe myself it would be agnostic. I have never claimed to be a spiritual person per se, but a seeker and somewhat intuitive and have experienced synchronicity and serendipitous occurrences so much over the last 2 years that they seem spiritual. I believe in a collective consciousness. In your post you said 2 things that are synchronicitous to me, though I won't tell you which. Some things need be left unsaid.
